Sanctuary offers a space that can be utilized by the bridal party to get ready for the big day, including hair and makeup. In addition to being a place for the wedding party to prep, our glass atrium space is ideal for your first look or wedding party photos.

Can I reserve Sanctuary for the whole weekend?
Absolutely! Our full weekend packages are ideal to use Sanctuary as a central hosting space for the entire weekend! Use the property for your rehearsal dinner, getting ready, as well as for your smaller events such as corporate or dinner parties. Staying the entire weekend allows you full access to the space for your full stay and the ease of not having to move around during your event.
How many people can fit in the venue?
Our indoor glass atrium space will fit 100 people comfortably with a little bit of room for overflow indoors. This space is ideal for smaller to medium sized gatherings of guests!
What is included in the space?
By reserving our “A Weekend at Sanctuary” package you will receive full access to the venue including our luxury guest suite, intimate indoor hosting space, a hair and makeup space if needed, our elegant indoor atrium space, and event tables and chairs. All furniture is movable throughout the space, but not removable. Sanctuary does not provide an event planner or coordinator, but you will have direct contact with our venue manager for any questions about the space itself.
Can I reserve Sanctuary for my wedding?
Yes, Sanctuary was designed with weddings in mind! While it is ideal for small and micro weddings of 100 or fewer guests, we envision the venue being often suited for the more intimate moments of the couple’s wedding weekend rather than the reception. We recommend using the space for your rehearsal dinner, as a preparation area for the bridal party, for capturing your first look photos, and even as a cozy guest suite for an overnight stay. Rest assured, we do take great joy in hosting small wedding celebrations and ensuring each celebration is special.
Do you offer single use reservations?
We do! Our single use options include:
– Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Weekday (Evening – 2 Hour Set Up Window),
– Weekday (Work Hours, 3 Hour Minimum), Shower/Casual Event (specific days/hours only),
– Guest Suite Add-On (By Availability, Must be Conjoined With An Event).
*Single use reservations do not include guest suite*
Is parking available at Sanctuary?
Yes! All guests at Sanctuary have three areas to park:
– Santuary’s small lot on the left side of the building with 7 spaces & handicap accessibility,
– 70+ parking spaces on our opposite corner at STEM Academy elementary school (upon approval for evenings & weekends)
– Ample free street parking surrounding the venue. For quick access to the venue or for weekday guests, use our small lot.
